| 摘 要： | 目的 观察红花注射液对心绞痛患者氧自由基的影响。方法 4 1例心绞痛患者应用红花注射液静脉输注治疗后 ,观察其心绞痛症状缓解及心电图改变情况 ,同时检测其血浆中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)、过氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性及丙二醛 (MDA)含量的变化。结果 心绞痛患者应用红花注射液治疗后 ,其心绞痛症状缓解 ,心电图表现改善 ,同时血浆GSH -PX 和SOD活性升高 (P均 <0 .0 1 ) ,血浆MDA含量降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 红花注射液对心绞痛患者的治疗作用可能与其促进机体氧自由基的清除有关。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the effect of safflower injection on oxygen-derived free radicals in patients with angina pectoris.Methods Forty-one patients with angina pectoris were treated with safflower injection intravenous infusion. The information of angina pectoris symptomatic relief and electrocardiograph change were observed, while the changes of GSH-Px and SOD activities and the MDA content in plasma were checked and measured.Results After treatment, their angina pectoris symptom were relieved, electrocardiograph expression were improved, simultaneity plasma GSH-Px and SOD activities rose (P<0.01) and plasma MDA content decreased (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment action of safflower injection on angina pectoris may be correlated with accelerating the clearance of oxygen-derived free radicals in organism. |
