1021例高甘油三酯血症相关因素的调查

目的对1021例高甘油三酯(TG)血症相关因素进行调查。方法选择宁夏回族自治区4市及所属县以上医院收治并确认为高TG血症的患者1021例,对其性别、民族、居住地、年龄、职业及心血管疾病等因素进行调查。结果被调查者高TG血症中汉族高于回族(P<0.01);40岁以上各年龄组均高于40岁以下组(P<0.01);城镇居民高TG血症多于乡村居民(P<0.01),不同职业中的差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01);合并心血管疾病者高于未合并者(P<0.01)。结论高TG血症与性别、民族、居住地、年龄、职业、有无心血管病等因素相关。

Investigatation of the Raleted Factors in 1021 Cases with Hypertriglyceridemia

Objective To investigate the related factors of 1021 patients with hypertriglyceridemia.Methods All patients with hypertriglyceridemia were selected from hospitals in 4 cities of Ningxia Hui autonomous region.Information on gender,nationality,residence,age,occupation and history of heart diseases was collected.Results In 1021 patients with hypertriglyceridemia,Han patients were more than the Hui patients(P<0.01).Patients over 40 years old were more than patients below 40 years old(P<0.01).Patients who lived in city were more than patients who lived in countryside(P<0.01).Patients with heart diseases were more than those without heart diseases(P<0.01).Conclusion Patients with the hypertriglyceridemia distributed differently in factors such as sex,nation,residence,age,occupation and heart diseases.
