| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工心脏起搏器植入术的护理。方法对62例人工永久心脏起搏器植入患者,术前充分准备,术后及时、有效、全面的护理观察,以及详细准确的健康指导。结果62例中有2例发生囊袋血肿,无其他并发症,均痊愈出院。结论通过精心治疗护理,可有效避免实施永久心脏起搏器植入患者并发症的发生,以利早日康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing care of implantation of artificial heart pacemaker.Methods Clinical data and nursing experience of 62 patients with implantation of artificial heart pacemaker from 2000 to 2005.Results Among 62 patients,2 case were sac haematoma.No complication occurred.All the patients were obtained satisfactory results by careful cure and nursing care.Conclusion Sufficient preoperative preparation,efficiently and full-scale postoperative nursing observation in time,and precise health guidance,with which the complications can be avoided and the recovery of patients can be promoted. |
