| 摘 要： | 对我院临床送检的各种细菌培养标本中分离出的54株铜绿假单胞茵,经系统鉴定后,进行血清学分型及耐药性观察,结果表明54株铜绿假单胞菌血清型以6、9型为主要流行株,占分离株的27.78％、24.08％。对10种抗生素敏感性较高的依次为氟哌酸、丁胺卡那霉素、多粘菌素,其敏感率为92.60％、74.08％、59.26％。

| Abstract: | 54 stems of P. aeruginosa seperated from the samples of various bacterial culture from the test laboratory of our hospital were carefully identified. The typing of serology and ob- servation of drug resistance were made. The results showed that types 6 and 9 were the main epidemic strains, which account for 27. 78% and 24.08% of the seperate strains, respective- ly. The highest sensitivities to the ten antibiotics in turn were: Norfloxacin, amikacin, polymyxin and their sensitive rates 92.60%, 74.08% and 59.26%, respectively. |
