传染病学教学模式改革的实践及其效果评价

摘    要:围绕21世纪医学人才培养目标,对传染病学教学模式进行了改革:在师生中树立现代教育观念;以教学大纲为基础,优化组合教学内容;以症状为主线,按照临床思维模式讲授临床课程;减少课堂授课时间,把更多的时间留给学生自学和讨论;采用病例和问题为中心的教学方法等.问卷调查结果显示,学生对教学模式的改革持肯定态度;同时,新的教学模式还有待于进一步改进和完善.

Abstract:Old lemology teaching model had been reformed around 21 medical personnel training objectives:A modern conception of education was set on teachers and students:the outline of teaching as based;and the combination of teaching content was optimized;the clinical symptoms of infectious disease as main line,teaching classes according to chnical thinking model;significantly reduce classroom teaching time,more time left to the students self-directed study and discussion;used cases and issue-centered teaching methods.Through the survey,the students on a positive attitude were towards education reform,but reform of the practice has yet to be further improved and perfected.
