| 摘 要： | 目的调查急诊科护士心理健康状况及其相关因素,为管理者对急诊科护士心理健康干预提供理论依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对我区4所综合性医院32名急诊科护士进行问卷调查。结果调查显示,我区4所综合性医院32名急诊科护士SCL-90各症状因子评分均显著高于国内常模,差异均有显著性(P0.01)。结论急诊科护士心理健康问题不容忽视,需要护理管理者及时给予适当的心理干预,以期在以人为本的人力资源管理制度下更大程度的提高护理质量,更优质的为患者服务。
