医疗行为与费用的实时监控管理

目的探讨医疗行为与费用的实时监控在医疗质量管理中的作用。方法在军字一号医院信息系统（HIS）系统的基础上，建立以实时数据分析为基础的医疗行为与费用监控系统，监控是以医院目前的热点为内容，以医院费用流通、药品与耗材使用及医疗状态的监控为重点，对医院运行实行过程监控管理的模式。实施中，突出及时发现、及时纠正，责任到人的原则。结果通过此系统的费用、药品等功能监控模块实现了对医院运行中敏感问题的实时监控，为相关职能部门的管理能够准确提供及时、有效的管理支撑数据。结论该系统功能的实现能够有助于医院进一步加强规范行业行为、完善监督与管理机制，为院长及时掌控医院运行状况提供手段与依据。
