犬咬伤病员的急诊处理与护理

目的将狂犬病发病率降到最低。方法通过各种途径进行宣教提高广大市民的防范意识,加强犬只管理,受伤后尽快到医院就治,加强门急诊管理,及时正确处理伤口,注射合格的狂犬病疫苗,必要时联合使用狂犬患者免疫球蛋白。结果本组152例犬咬伤病员全部治愈,未发生一例狂犬病。结论犬咬伤后,及时正确的伤口处理,及时规范注射合格的狂犬疫苗,必要时联合使用狂犬患者免疫球蛋白,狂犬病是完全可以预防的。

Emergency Treatment and Nursing of the Patients Bite by Dog

Objective To reduce the incidence rate of rabies.Methods Raising people’s awareness and precaution about the disease;strengthening the supervision of dogs;getting prompt treatment after dog bites;strengthening the management of the outpatient and emergency departments,urging correct treatment of the would and administering vaccines for rabies,and in conjunction with human rabies immunoglobulins when necessary.Results All the 152 patients bitten by dogs were cured.Conclusion Rabies can be prevented by prompt treatment after dog bites and timely and correct administration of vaccines for rabies in conjunction with human rabies? immunoglobulins when necessary.
