| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经皮肝动脉栓塞术治疗肝癌破裂出血的围术期护理方法。方法：对33例接受经皮肝动脉栓塞术治疗的肝癌破裂出血患者，给予术前、术后精心护理，加强心理护理及术后监护。结果：通过积极的心理护理及严密的围术期监护，所有患者顺利恢复。结论：经皮肝动脉栓塞术治疗的肝癌破裂出血患者，围手术期给予积极心理疏导和严密监护，可减少并发症的发生，促进患者康复。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore nursing approaches in perioperative period in the treatment of rupture and bleeding resulted from liver cancer by transcatherter arterial embolization.Methods: Careful nursing care was given to patients before operation and after operation;meanwhile psychological nursing care and postoperative observation were enhanced.Results: All the patients recovered thanks to positive psychological nursing and intensive care in perioperative period.Conclusion: Transcatherter arterial embolization combined with perioperative psychological instruction and close observation can surely decrease complication and promote patient's recovery in the treatment of rupture and bleeding resulted from liver cancer. |
