| 摘 要： | 呃逆病位在膈,责之在胃,属本虚标实之证,分五型:痰热腑实,治宜通腑泻热,降逆止呃;胃火炽盛,治宜清火降逆,和胃止呃;胃阴不足,治宜滋养胃阴,和胃止呃;痰阻气机,健脾燥湿,化痰降逆。中风后呃逆较为顽固,配合针灸,以期尽快清除呃逆使中风病早日稳定。
