| 摘 要： | 本文报道用血管注射、显微摄影及扫描电镜等方法,研究了42侧婴幼儿胫骨的骨髓血液供应。滋养动脉是骨髓的主要血供来源。干骺端动脉增强干骺部的血液供应。骨髓静脉比动脉更为丰富。骨髓静脉血主要经由髓静脉窦、集合静脉窦、中央静脉和滋养静脉回流。干骺端的部分血液经干骺端静脉回流。

| Abstract: | The blood supply of the tibial bone marrow in infants was studied in 42 fresh lower limbs by injection with chinese ink and observed with microangiography and SEM methods.The nutrient artery of tibia is the main source of blood supply in the bone marrow. Several metaphyseal arteries enter the bone marrow to enhance the blood supply of the metaphysis. The venous system in marrow is more plentiful than the arterial system. The venous blood in bone marrow enters sinusoids, collecting venules and then central veins, and finally drains into the nutrient veins. A part of blood in the metaphysis drains into the metaphyseal veins. |
