纳米羟基磷灰石对软化牙本质再矿化效果实验研究

摘    要:目的研究纳米羟基磷灰石对软化牙本质再矿化的效果。方法采用人工添龋模型,将纳米羟基磷灰石和氢氧化钙作为垫底材料,置于模型中的软化牙本质上,在人工唾液恒温水浴,显微硬度计测定标本垫底1个月、2个月以及3个月后的硬度值,观察标本表面显微硬度的变化。结果纳米羟基磷灰石能明显提高软化牙本质的表面显微硬度,同时随着盖髓时间的增长再矿化效果明显增加。结论纳米羟基磷灰是一种具有良好牙本质再矿化作用的盖髓剂。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of nancyhydroxyapatite on the remineralization of decalcified dentin. Methods Using nancyhydroxyapatite as padding on the decayed faces of artificial caries of isolated teeth. Dentin surface microhardness was measured after 1,2 and 3 months after application. Calcium hydroxide (Dycal) was used as positive control. Results The microhardness of nancy hydroxyapatite was significantly different from that of calcium hydroxide (P〈0. 05), but was greater than negative control (P〈0. 05). The results also demonstrated that remineralization effect improved with the increasing application time. Conclusion The present study demonstrates the potential of nancy hydroxyapatite to effect rehardening of decalcified dentin.
