心理干预对儿童牙科畏惧症患者的效果评价

目的：讨论心理干预对儿童牙科畏惧症患者治疗效果的影响。方法：采用汉密顿焦虑量表及焦虑自评量表对我院就诊患儿进行心理调查，筛选出伴有焦虑症状者80例，将其随机分为心理干预组和非心理干预组，分别进行心理干预治疗和一般治疗，同时对所得数据进行统计分析。结果：心理干预组患儿的焦虑水平比非心理干预组显著下降，患儿的就诊情况也明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：心理干预对儿童牙科畏惧症患儿的治疗效果显著。

Efficacy of mental intervention in treatment of children patients with dental anxiety

Objective： To investigate the significance of mental intervention therapy on children patients with dental anxiety. Methods： We applied Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） to investigate the patients in the clinic on dental anxiety, and 80 patients with anxiety were divided into two groups at random, they were carried on the psychological intervention treatment and general treatment respectively, then statistic the data. Results： Compared with the general group, the score of DAS in psychological intervention group reduced obviously. The conditions of children patients would become better than that of the general one after the first and the subsequent visits （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Mental intervention therapy shows a significant effect on children patients with dental anxiety.
