| 摘 要： | 为研究牙隐裂的致病因素。对138例牙隐裂患者的154颗患牙进行临床观察。发现牙隐裂的好发年龄为35—55岁，好发牙位为上颌第一磨牙。造成原因为创伤性牙合]力。是导致牙隐裂的重要致病因素，牙尖斜面是隐裂发生的易感因素，牙齿本身结构薄弱区和发育缺陷是牙隐裂发生的内在条件。

| Abstract: | In order to study the nosogenesis of odentoschim, author observed 154 bad teeth of 138 patients, and found the more centralized age with the disease was 35 - 55 years old, and the main nosogene.sis was traumatic tooth power, and dental cusp bevel was the susceptible ingredient, and the weakness of tooth frame and the hypogenesis of tooth were the intrinsic ingredient. |
