动力髋螺钉治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效分析

目的：探讨动力髋螺钉（DHS）应用于老年股骨转子间骨折内固定手术治疗的疗效。方法：64例老年股骨转子间骨折患者采用（DHS）内固定手术治疗,观察患髋关节活动情况,全部患者获得随访,随访时间为5-28个月,平均（15.60±2.42）个月。结果：随访疗效满意,疗效评定中50例为优,10例为良,差4例,患髋关节功能优良率为93.75%。本组有4例发生术后并发症,其中髋内翻3例,伤口浅表感染1例,无呼吸道、尿路感染,无下肢深静脉血栓形成。结论：DHS内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效确切,有利于患侧髋关节功能恢复。

Analysis on Curative Effect of Dynamic Hip Screw in Treating the Olderly with Intertrochanteric Fracture

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of dynamic hip screw in treating the olderly with intertrochanteric fractures.Method： 64 cases with intertrochanteric fractures received the treatment of dynamic hip screw internal fixation,the hip joint motion were observed.All of cases were followed-up and the time of followed-up were about 5 to 28 months,and the average time were（15.60±2.42） months.Result： The effect was satisfied by following-up,there were 50 cases with excellent effect,10 cases with fine effect and 4 cases with bad effect,and the fineness rate was 93.75%.There were 4 cases with complications after operation,and there were 3 cases with coxa vara,1 case with wound infection and no case with infection of respiratory passage,urinary passage and deep venous thrombosis of lower limb.Conclusion： The effect of dynamic hip screw in treating the olderly with intertrochanteric fracture is obvious and is good for the joint functional rehabilitation.
