| 摘 要： | 动物实验显示细胞移植可替代坏死心肌并明显改善心功能，现就目前常用的移植细胞如平滑肌细胞，骨髓细胞，骨骼肌细胞及心肌细胞在心肌梗死治疗中的研究进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Animal experiments indicated that grafted cells could replace necrotic cardiomyocytes and improve cardiac function significantly. Current advance in the experimental treatment for myocardial infarction by cell transplantation with smooth muscle cells, marrow cells, skeletal muscle cells and cardiomyocytes was reviewed. |
