| 摘 要： | 目的观察血液透析治疗鱼胆中毒并急性肾衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法40例鱼胆中毒并急性肾衰竭患者，给予血液透析治疗，并观察临床症状、记录尿量、检测血肌酐、尿素氮、心肌酶、肝功能。结果30例患者肾功能恢复正常，痊愈；10例肾功能好转出院。结论血液透析对鱼胆中毒并急性肾衰竭患者的疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis therapy of fish gall bladder poisoning with acute renal failure. Method 40 cases of fish gall bladder poisoning patients whose clinical symptoms, urine volumes, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, myocardial enzyme, liver function are studied from the time they were admitted to discharged. Results 30 cases were fully recovered. Conclusions For the patients of fish fish gall bladder poisoning with acute renal failure, the threpeutic effect of hemodialysis is positive. |
