经鼻型肠梗阻导管应用的研究现状

肠梗阻是外科常见的急腹症,其治疗是临床上的难点,常出现手术疗效欠佳或再次粘连梗阻等问题,因此在治疗方法的选择上仍存在争议。近年来,经鼻型肠梗阻导管应用于单纯性肠梗阻的治疗取得了良好疗效,其肠腔减压效果明显优于常规胃管减压。现就肠梗阻导管的临床适应证、置管方法及临床应用进展予以综述。

The Application Status of Nasointestinal Tube

Intestinal obstruction is a common acute abdomen disease,but the treatment is difficult.Some of the patients still undergo poor surgical effect or reobstruction,therefore controversy about selection of therapeutic methods still exists.Recently nasointestinal tube has been used in treatment of simple intestinal obstruction and showed good curative effect,with obvious better intestine decompression effect than conventional gastric tube.Here is to make a review on nasointestinal tube about its clinical indication,insertion method and clinical application progress.
