住院患者营养风险筛查及其临床应用

营养风险筛查(NRS2002)可以预测住院患者的临床结局,作为判断是否需要营养干预的一种有效工具,被推荐为住院患者NRS的首选工具。NRS作为营养支持依据,具有改善患者临床结局,减少医疗费用,降低资源浪费的良好作用,并使患者从中获益。目前营养支持在临床应用中仍存在不合理性。现对NRS2002的定义、评分方法和国内外临床应用情况等予以综述,以期为临床工作者提供参考,达到合理应用营养支持的目的。

Nutritional Risk Screening and the Clinical Applications on Hospitalized Patients

Nutritional risk screening(NRS)2002 is an effective tool to predict the clinical outcome of hospitalized patients and determine whether nutrition intervention is needed,which is recommended as a nutritional risk screening tool of first choice for hospitalized patients.NRS as a basis for nutritional support,plays an important role in improvement of clinical outcome,reducing medical costs and the waste of resources and benefiting the patients.At present,irrationality still exists in clinical nutrition support.Here is to make a review on the definition of NRS2002,scoring methods and clinical applications at home and abroad,in order to provide a reference for clinical practitioners to achieve the purpose of rational use of nutritional support.
