转移因子联合抗结核药治疗初治菌阳肺结核疗效观察

目的探讨转移因子联合抗结核药治疗初治菌阳肺结核的疗效。方法将70例初治菌阳肺结核患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例,两组均采用2HRZE/4HR方案,治疗组在2HRZE/4HR方案治疗基础上加用转移因子。结果治疗组在痰菌阴转率、病灶吸收、空洞闭合等方面,均较对照组有明显改善（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论 ：转移因子联合抗结核药治疗初治菌阳肺结核提高临床治疗效果确切,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical obsenation of transfer-factor combined with anti tuberculotic in treatment of new smearpositive pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To explore the curative effect of transfer factor combined with antituberculotic treatment of new smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 70 previously untreated patients with smear positive tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 35 cases each, are used 2HRZE/4HR program, the treatment group in 2HRZE/4HR regimen based on the use of transfer factor. Results Treatment group in terms of sputum conversion rate, lesion absorption cavity closure, a significant improvement compared with the control group （P0.01, P0.05）. Conclusion Transfer factor combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs in treatment-naive sputum positive pulmonary tuberculosis improve clinical outcomes exact, is worthy of clinical use.
