热毒宁治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染临床分析

目的评价热毒宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将80例急性上呼吸道感染患儿随机分2组,平均每组40例,对照组儿科常规治疗,治疗组加用热毒宁注射液,结果对照组治愈率为67.6%,有效率为89.4%,治疗组治愈率为90.4%,有效率为96.8%;经统计学分析两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论热毒宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸感染具有退热快,有效率高,不反弹,未见明显不良反应,安全性好,具有较好临床推广价值。
