氨溴索和利巴韦林联合微波治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效临床观察

目的探讨氨溴索和利巴韦林联合微波辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床疗效。方法 138例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组66例,对照组72例。治疗组在常规治疗（抗感染、止喘、去痰、氧疗、气道管理、对症处理等）的基础上加用氨溴索和利巴韦林注射液静脉滴注,并予微波治疗仪对肺部进行局部照射,对照组采用常规治疗。结果治疗组总有效率95.12%,对照组总有效率79.51%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论氨溴索和利巴韦林联合微波治疗小儿支气管肺炎比常规治疗,临床症状及肺部体征恢复快,能缩病程及住院时间疗效更显著。

Clinical observation of the therapeutic effect of bronchial pneumonia in children in treatment of ambroxol and ribavirin combined with microwave

Objective Discussion of ambroxol and ribavirin microwave assisted treatment of infant bronchial pneumonia clinical curative effect. Methods 138 cases of bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group 66 cases, control group 72 cases.The treatment group was treated with ambroxol and ribavirin injection intravenous （resistance to infection, antiasthmatic, expectorant, oxygen therapy, airway management, symptomatic treatment）drip on the basis of conventional therapy.Local irradiation on the lungs and microwave therapy apparatus, The difference was statistically significant（P0.01）. Results The total effective rate of treatment group 95.12%, control group, the total efficiency of 79.51%, the total efficiency of two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）. Conclusions Ambroxol and ribavirin combined with microwave treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children than in the conventional treatment, the clinical symptoms and physical signs of the lungs recover quickly, can shorten the duration and time of hospitalization more remarkable curative effect.
