| 摘 要： | 目的探讨硫辛酸注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的疗效。方法对120例DPN患者随机分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例）,在良好控制血糖基础上,治疗组用硫辛酸注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗,对照组使用甲钴胺注射液联合香丹注射液治疗,疗程均为30d。结果在疼痛、感觉异常、腱反射和神经传导速度的改善四个方面,治疗组的疗效均明显优于对照组。两组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论硫辛酸注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗DPN疗效显著,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the thioctic acid injection combined with alprostadil injection in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN） effect.Methods120 cases of DPN were randomly divided into treatment group（60 cases） and control group（60 cases）, in good glycemic control basis, the treatment group with thioctic acid injection combined with alprostadil injection treatment, the control group used mecobalamin injection combined with Xiangdan injection therapy, treatment for 30 days.ResultsIn pain, paresthesia, tendon and nerve conduction velocity improved in four aspects, the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The comparison between two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.ConclusionThe thioctic acid injection combined with alprostadil injection treatment of DPN curative effect, is worth the clinical promotion. |
