正交设计优选贞味养肝片醇提工艺研究简

目的：采用正交设计法优选贞味养肝片的最佳醇提工艺条件。方法：以浸膏得率、齐墩果酸含量为评价指标，以浸泡时间、加醇量、提取时间为考察因素，采用正交试验法对贞味养肝片的乙醇提取工艺进行优选。结果：最佳醇提工艺为加85％乙醇浸泡药品2．Oh，提取2次，加醇量分别为8、6倍量，提取时间分别为1．0、0．5h。结论：优选的工艺合理可行，适用于工业大生产。

Optimization of Ethanol Extraction Process of Zhenweiyanggan Tablets by Orthogonal Test

Objective：To optimize ethanol extraction technology of zhcnweiyanggan tabletMethods：Ethanol extraction technology were optimized by orthogonal tests with yield of extract and the amount of the extracted OIeanolic acid as indexes,and with soaking time, water volume and extracting time as factors. Results：Optimum ethanol extraction process was as follows： soaked in 85 % etha- nol for 2. Oh, reflux extracted 2 times with 8,6 times the amount of 85 % ethanol by 1.0,0.5h, respectively. Conclusion： The opti- mum extraction process was reasonable, feasible, and suitable for industrialized production.
