肺纤维化发病机制及中医药防治研究进展

肺纤维化是一种严重危害人类健康的疾病，它是对各种原因引起的肺泡损害的一种应答反应。在组织活检中发现，肺纤维化包括上皮细胞的内部损伤、炎性渗出，肌成纤维细胞形成，成纤维细胞聚集，纤维化瘢痕形成等一系列过程。肺纤维化继发的病理生理性改变的研究已相对成熟，中药治疗肺纤维化已经成为医学相关领域研究的热点，也取得了一定的成绩。参阅近年来相关文献，对肺纤维化的发病机制和中医药防治的研究状况进行概述。

The Pathogenesis of Pulmonary Fibrosis and the Research Progress of Prevention and Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Pulmonary fibrosis is a disease which seriously impairs people＇s health. It is a response of alveolar damage caused by vari- ous reasons. Pulmonary fibrosis includes a series of processes： the internal injury and inflammatory exudation of epithelial ceils, fi- broblasts forming, fibrohlasts aggregates, fibrous scar formation in tissue biopsy. The research of its secondary pathophysiological changes is relatively mature. The research of treatment of pulmonary fibrosis with traditional Chinese medicine has become the hot spots. And some achievements have also been made. This article summarizes the research progress of the pathogenesis on pulmonary fibrosis, the prevention and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine, referring to the related literature in recent years.
