摘    要:目的:建立实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(EAE)动物模型,研究腹腔内注射可溶性髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)诱导免疫耐受的作用机制。方法:将雌性豚鼠随机分为对照组,EAE组和腹腔注射MBP组,观察各组EAE的发病情况。结果:腹腔内注射MBP组的发病率明显低于EAE组,其神经组织病理变化明显改善。结论:腹腔内注射MBP可以诱导产生特异性免疫耐受。

Abstract:Objective To establish the animal model of EAE (experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis) to study the inducible suppression of EAE by i.p. administration of soluble MBP (myelin basic protein).Methods The female guinea pigs were divided randomly into control group, EAE group and i.p. MBP group. Investigate the suppression of clinical and histological manifestations of the disease. Results The incidence of EAE was obviously decreased in the i.p. MBP group contrast to the EAE group, and the histological manifestations were dramatically reduced. Conclusion Tolerance induction suppression of EAE can be achieved specially by i.p. administration of soluble MBP.
