外伤性视神经病变的临床分析

目的　分析不同方法对外伤性视神经病变的疗效。方法　对 38例外伤性视神经病变患者进行手术或非手术治疗。结果　 3例手术患者术后视力均无提高。 35例非手术患者 ,治疗前视力无光感的 8例 ,治疗后 7例视力无提高。治疗前视力光感 - 0 .3的患者2 7例 ,治疗后视力提高 1 4例 ,有效率 51 .9%。结论　影响外伤性视神经病变预后的因素包括伤后视力 ,受伤至治疗的时间间隔以及其他因素等等。早期诊断并联合手术以及药物治疗 ,能取得一定的疗效

THE CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF TRAUMATIC OPTIC NEUROPATHY

Objective To analyse the therapeutic efficacy of traumatic optic neuropathy managed by surgical or nonsurgical treatment. Methods 38 cases were performed surgical and nonsurgical treatment. Results The eye sight of 3 cases performed surgical treatment have not been increased.In nonsurgical group (35 cases),8 cases with visual acuity of no LP were treated,of whom the visual acuity of 7 cases have no change.27 patients with visual acuity of LP 0.3 were treated,14 patients of whom have better vision. The efficient rate is 51.9%. Conclusion The factors affecting the therapeutic efficiency of traumatic optic neuropathy are as follows: vision after trauma,the time interval from trauma to treatment and so on.It can increase efficiency if diagnosed in earlier stage combined with surgery and drug treatment.
