伤寒患者肿瘤坏死因子和Cu-Zn超氧化物歧化酶活性的动态变化

摘    要:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法和黄嘌呤氧化酶法动态检测了43例伤寒患者血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和铜Zn超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD,SOD-1)的活性。结果:伤寒患者病程初期TNF活性明显升高,SOD-1活性明显降低;极期TNF和SOD-1活性变化达到高峰。TNF和SOD-1活性变化与患者病期密切相关。提示:TNF和氧自由基共同参与了伤寒患者的发病过程,是引起患者病理损伤的重要原因,这对于观察病情变化和判断疾病严重程度具有重要的参考意义。

Abstract:The activity of tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and copper zinc superoxide dismutase (CuZn -SOD ,SOD-1)in serum were detected dynamically by double antibody sandwich ELISA and xanthinoxidase methods in 43 patients with typhoid fever. The results showed that the TNF activity increased significantly and the SOD-1 activity decreased significantly at initial stage of the disease and reached peak in fastigium. Changes in TNF and SOD-1 activity were closely related to the patients' condition,This evidence suggests that TNF and oxygen free radicals may be involved in the pathogenesis of typhoid fever and they may play an important role in causing pathological injury of the disease. Dynamic measurement of serum TNF and SOD-1 activity may be valuable in observing patients' condition and severity of disease.
