头孢硫脒分子印迹聚合物的制备及其吸附性能的研究

摘    要:目的合成头孢硫脒分子印迹聚合物(MIP)。方法分别研究了功能单体、致孔剂对头孢硫脒MIP吸附性能和吸附动力学的影响,并用Scatchard方程分析其结合特性。结果用4-乙烯基吡啶作功能单体,甲苯作致孔剂制备的头孢硫脒分子印迹聚合物对头孢硫脒具有较高吸附性能。结论头孢硫脒MIP作为固相萃取填料,在临床体液样品中对抗生素头孢硫脒的富集和检测具有应用前景。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To synthesize a molecular imprinting polymer selective for Cefathiamidine. METHODS Different monomers and porogens were investigated and the binding characteristics of the template polymer were evaluated.RESULTS The polymer taking 4-vinylpyridine (4-VP) as an interacting monomer and toluene as a porogen exhibits high affinity to the substrate, Cefathiamidine. CONCLUSION Molecularly imprinted polymer can be used in solid phase extraction and represent clinical utility for enrichment and determination of trace Cefathiamidine.
