氦氖激光血管内照射与化疗联合治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤

摘    要:目的:探讨氦氖激光血管内照射对抗癌化疗药物的增效作用和减轻化疗药物毒副反应。方法:采用波长632.8nm的氦氖激光血管内照射,每天1次,每次90分钟,输出功率1.5~2.0mW,连续照射5~7天为1疗程,同时动脉插管或静脉滴注化疗药物。结果:联合治疗组总有效率71%,单一化疗组37%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。联合治疗组化疗药毒性反应少有或反应较轻,单一化疗组较重,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:氦氖激光血管内照射可提高化疗药物疗效,减轻化疗药物毒性。

Abstract:Objective: The purpose of study was to investigate whether the combination of He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation and chemotherapy can enhence the curative effect and decrease side effects for the middle and advanced malignant tumors. Methods: Patients with middle and advanced malignant tumors were assigned to combinig treatment group( n=28) and sole chemotherapy group( n=30): The patients of the former were treated with He-Ne laser irradiation(632.8 nm,1.52.0mW,I.V.)90 min/per time for 57 times,in the meantime,the drugs of chemotherapy were given too.The patients of the latter group were only given the same chemotherapy drugs as mentioned above.After the treatment,the effect was compared in both groups.HZResults: The total effective rate of combining treatment group and sole chemotherapy group was 71% and 37% respectively.There was a significant difference ( P<0.05). At the same time,the more serious side effects were seen in the latter group. Conclusion: It shows that this combining treatment can enhence the curative effect and decrease the side effects for treating malignant tumors.
