摘    要:目的 探讨紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法(UBIO) 治疗突发性耳聋的作用机制,观察UVA及UVC 两波段UBIO 对突发性耳聋的疗效。方法 96 例患者分为两组,分别用UVA 及UVC波段UBIO疗法治疗并判定效果。结果 两组有效率分别达到89 % (UVC) 和94 % (UVA) ,痊愈率UVA组48 % 是UVC组9 % 的5 倍。结论 UBIO治疗突发性耳聋是当前安全有效的方法之一。应早期应用并进一步探讨其机理。

Abstract:Objective The purpose of this paper was to study the mechanism of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation(UBIO) on sudden deafness and its effect. Methods 96 cases with sudden deafness were divided into two groups: The first group(46 cases) were treated with UVC-band of UBIO, the second group(50 cases) were radiated with UVA-band of UBIO. After the treatment,the clinical effect was evaluated and compared in both groups. Results The effective rate of the first group was 89% and that of second was 94%. The cure rate of the second group was 5 times as the first group. Conclusion It is indicated that the UBIO therapy is an effective treatment for sudden deafness.It must be early application. The mechanism of UBIO needs to be studied further.
