高压氧综合治疗癫痫的经验

目的　通过回顾性临床分析,探讨有选择地综合应用高压氧（ＨＢＯ）治疗癫痫（Ｅｐｉｌｅｐｓｙ,Ｅｐ）的作用和经验。方法　原发性和继发性Ｅｐ １０２ 例,采用单人氧舱,按不同病因、年龄、病程制订出不同的治疗方案进行治疗。结果　全部病例共行２ １５１ 次高压氧治疗,总有效率达９５％ ,高于单纯药物或外科手术治疗的效果,未发生毒副作用和加重Ｅｐ 发作。结论　ＨＢＯ 治疗对Ｅｐ 有确切的疗效,具有疗程短、疗效高、无毒副作用等优点

Experience of hyperbaric oxygenation comprehensive treatment for epilepsy

Objective To explore the effect and experience of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) comprehensive treatment selectively on epilepsy by retrospetive clinical study.Methods 102 cases with primary or secondary epilepsy were treated with different HBO treatment programs,according to different illness causes ,age and course of disease in patients.Results All these patients were performed 2 151 times of HBO treatment together.Total effective rate was 95.19%. The effect of HBO was higher than the sole drug treatment or surgery.There wasn't side effect or exacerbation of epilepsy.Conclusion It is coufirmeol that HBO has a sure effect and a advantage of short course of treatment without side effect for epilepsy.
