| 摘 要： | 本文基于我国10年来的城市社区卫生服务现状,理性而客观地分析我国社区卫生服务需求的变化,提出我国城市社区卫生服务创新模式,并进行可行性分析。提出构建我国城市社区卫生服务新模式,即:引入社区卫生服务保险与市场机制,培育社区卫生服务市场,把开展以家庭为单位的服务作为社区卫生服务的着力点,构建政府主导的、卫生服务保险机构-卫生服务机构-社区居民3方互动互益的运行体系,从而实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | In this paper,basing on the 10 years practice of urban community health service (CHS) in China,the author reasonably and objectively analyzes the CHS needs of residents in community is conducted,thus put forth a new model of urban in CHS China,with its feasibility described.the model is:introducing the insurance and the market practice mechanism into the CHS,cultivating CHS market,providing the CHS with taking the family as a unit firstly,establishing a interactive and inter-beneficial system of operation among the three respects of health insurance company,CHS institution and community residents under the supervision of the government.Thus a sustainable development can be kept. |
