耳缘静脉放血对偏头痛家兔模型PAG区G蛋白的影响

摘    要:目的:观察耳缘静脉放血对偏头痛家兔模型中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)G蛋白含量的影响,初步揭示耳缘静脉放血的中枢镇痛调控机制。方法:30只新西兰家兔按随机数字表法分为三组,分别为耳缘静脉放血组、模型组和空白组。采用硝酸甘油复制偏头痛家兔模型,分别在第1天、第4天、第7天造模30 min后耳缘静脉放血。免疫组化法观察家兔模型PAG区G蛋白含量的变化。结果:耳缘静脉放血组家兔模型PAG区G蛋白含量明显降低,与模型组比较有非常显著性差异(P0.01)。结论:耳缘静脉放血可明显降低偏头痛家兔模型PAG区G蛋白含量,参与镇痛效应。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect on G protein in periaqueductal gray(PAG) of the rabbit models of migraine by the therapy of ear-edge vein bloodletting,revealing the central mechanism of analgesic regu-lation. Methods:Total 30 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups,ear-edge vein bloodlet-ting group,model group and blank group. By subcutaneous injecting nitroglycerin in the rabbits' neck,the migraine models were successfully copied. The ear-edge vein blood were letted after 30 minutes of molding, once every 3 days,3 times a course. Then,we observed the expression of G protein in PAG of rabbits by immunohistochemical method. Results :The expression of G protein in PAG of the ear-edge vein bloodletting group was significantly reduced compared with the model group(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion:The therapy of ear-edge vein bloodletting has analgesic effect,which can decrease the expression of G protein in PAG of rabbit models of migraine.
