重症医学科临床药师参与临床合理用药的方式

目的:探讨临床药师在重症医学科参与合理用药的方式。方法:通过结合实例介绍临床药师在重症医学科病房的临床实践,从参与抗感染治疗、关注药物相互作用、分析药品不良事件、注意合理用药细节、参与多学科病例讨论、参与科室业务学习等方面,从药学角度关注用药的合理性与安全性。结果与结论:临床药师参与重症医学科的药学实践,促进了临床合理用药,融入了临床治疗团队,最终使患者受益。

Way of Clinical Pharmacists Participating in Rational Drug Use in the Department of Critical Care Medicine

OBJECTIVE： To explore the way of clinical pharmacists participating in clinical rational drug use in the department of critical care medicine （CCM）. METHODS： The way of clinical pharmacists participating in clinical rational drug use in CCM were described with examples. Clinical pharmacists practiced in the ward of CCM and paid attention to the rationality and safety of medication through anti-infective treatment, drug interaction, adverse event, details of rational drug use, multidisciplinary case dis- cussion and professional training. RESULTS＆CONCLUSIONS： Clinical pharmacists, promote clinical rational drug use and blend in the clinical therapeutic team, and the patients are benefited finally.
