间苯三酚注射液与10种临床注射剂配伍稳定性研究

摘    要:目的:考察间苯三酚注射液与10种临床常用的注射剂配伍的稳定性.方法:将间苯三酚注射液与10种注射剂配伍,采用高效液相色谱法分别测定0、1、2、3、4、5、6h内间苯三酚的含量变化,同时观察其外观变化,并测定pH.结果:间苯三酚注射液与盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液、注射用头孢呋辛钠、注射用马来酸阿奇霉素、注射用头孢噻肟钠配伍后,外观、pH和含量无明显变化;与盐酸曲马多注射液、维生素C注射液、盐酸利多卡因注射液、注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾、注射用奥美拉唑、注射用头孢拉定配伍后,外观和pH无明显变化,但间苯三酚含量均有不同程度的下降.结论:间苯三酚注射液与临床一些注射剂联合应用时会发生降解,应引起临床用药重视.

Abstract:Objective: To study the stability of combination of Phloroglucinol Injection with other commonly used clinical injections. Methods: We used high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to measure changes in content of Phloroglucinol at 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 h respectively, and observed its appearance and pH change at the same time. Results: The appearance, pH and content had no significant change in mixture solutions of Phloroglucinol Injection combined with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection, Cefuroxime Sodium for Injection, Azithromycin Maleate for Injection and Cefotaxime Sodium for Injection, respectively. The appearance and pH have no significant change, but the content decreased in solutions of Phloroglucinol Injection combined with Tramadol Hydrochloride Injection, Vitamin C Injection, Lidocaine Hydrochloride Injection, Amoxicillin Sodium and Clavulanate Potassium for Injection, Omeprazole Sodium for Injection and Cefradine for Injection respectively. Conclusion: Phloroglucinol would degrade when it combined with a number of injections in clinical application, which should attract attention to the stability of clinical medicine.
