小儿腹股沟斜疝手术改良64例分析

目的:为解决小儿腹股沟斜疝寻找疝囊困难,减少医源性损伤,满足美容切口的要求.方法:笔者采用经皮下环横切 口、不离断不剥离疝囊的高位结扎术治疗小儿斜疝.结果: 64例手术均顺利完成,无医源性损伤术后恢复良好,术后 随访一年无复发病例,结论:该术式简单易行,并发症少,皮内缝合皮纹切口美观,住院时间短等优点.

Analysis of 64 cases of modified radical operation of indirect inguinal hernia in children

Objective To overcome the difficulty of finding out the sac of indirect inguinal hernia in children decrease iatrogenic lesion and beautify the incision. Methods High legation by way of subcutaneous circular transverse incision without cutting off and stripping hernial sac was performed to treat indirect inguinal hernia in children. Results All the 64 cases were successfully operated on without any iatrogenic lesion and postoperative complications. The follow- up survey lasted for one year with no case of relapse found during the period. Conclusion The operation is easy to perform with few complications. Introdermic suture good- looking incision and shorter hospitalization are achieved.
