| 摘 要： | 目的：观察湿热痹煎剂治疗类风湿关节炎（湿热痹阻型）的临床疗效。方法：将100例患者随机分为2组，对照组50例采用甲氨蝶呤治疗，治疗组50例采用湿热痹煎剂治疗。2组疗程均为12周，观察2组治疗前后中医临床症状、体征、血清学指标变化情况。结果：2组症状体征总积分治疗前后比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）；2组症状体征总积分治疗后比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。2组总体疗效比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。2组治疗前后红细胞沉降率（ESR）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）、类风湿因子（RF）、血小板（BPC）、补体C3、免疫球蛋白（IgG）、晨僵时间、手平均握力比较，差异有显著性或非常显著性意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；2组除晨僵时间外，各项指标比较，差异有显著性或非常显著性意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：湿热痹煎剂治疗类风湿关节炎（湿热痹阻型）有较好的疗效。
