公立医院院长实行年薪制的探讨

摘    要:目前,我国公立医院院长的薪酬制度由于未能与院长的绩效挂钩,不利于激励院长的积极性。结合当前改革的进展,提出了实行年薪制的必要性和理论基础,并对公立医院院长年薪制的构建及应注意的问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:The traditional salary allotment method of the director of public hospital was not propitious to prompting the positivity of director for it is lack relation to the perform. Combination development of reform, author discussed the necessity of implement the year salary system and the theories foundation of it, and study how to set up the director of hospital year salary system in public hospitals and discussed the problem to which should pay attention.
