| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床药理实验分组新方法。方法序贯平衡系数法用一种很简单的“不平衡指数”来衡量组间的可比性,根据“使不平衡指数最小”的原则来分组。结论该方法计算非常简单,易于操作,组间可比性强,尤其适合临床药理实验。

| Abstract: | Aim To explore new grouping method of clinical pharmacology experiments. Methods Based on the principle of “minimize the unbalanced coefficient”,the sequential balanced coefficient method is to measure the comparability between groups through a very simple unbalanced index. Conclusion This method is simplied compute,convenienced manipulate and strong comparable between groups,which is especially applied to clinical pharmacology experiments. |
