| Abstract: | A modified technique of unipedicled orbicularis oculi myocutaneous flap raised along an upper or lower blepharoplasty incision line for reconstruction of the orbital region is described. This procedure provides excellent aesthetic improvement in older patients with a standard blepharoplasty being performed on the other eyelid. |
