奥沙利铂联合氟脲嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌临床观察

目的：观察奥沙利铂联合氟脲嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和安全性。方法：26例晚期胃癌，采用L-OHP130mg／m^2静滴4小时第1天；CF200mg／m^2静滴2小时后5-Fu500mg／m^2静滴4小时第1—5天，每三周重复。结果：26例晚期胃癌中，CR 2例(7．7％)，PR 11例(42．3％)，CR PR 50．0％。中位缓解期为5．5个月，中位生存期为11．0个月。毒性反应主要是感觉神经毒性(65．4％)，其次为恶心呕吐(53．8％)和腹泻(46．2％)。骨髓抑制毒性小。结论：L-OHP联合5-Fu、CF治疗晚期胃癌疗效肯定，耐受性良好，值得临床进一步应用。

Clinical Observation of Oxaliplatin Combination with 5-Fluorouracil/Folinc Acid Therapy in Advanced Gastric Cancer.

Objective: To evalute the effect and safety of combination chemotherapy with oxaliplatin (L-OHP) plus 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu)/folinic acid (CF) in advanced gastric cancer.Methods: 26 patients with advanced gastric cancer entered the study.L-OHP 130mg/m ,iv infusion for 4 hours on day 1; CF 200mg/m , iv infusion for 2 hours followed by 5-Fu 500mg/m2, iv infusion for 4 hours from day 1 to day 5, repeated every 3 weeks. Results: A complete response was observed in 2 cases and a partial response in 11 cases, and the overal response rate was 50.0% .The progression free survival was 5.5 months. The median duration of survival was 11.0 months. The main adverse effect was neuro-sensory loxicity which was observed in 65.4% of the patients. Vomitting and diarrhea were observed in 53.8% and 46.2% of the patients respectively. Bone marrow suppression was mild. Conclusion: L-OHP combined with 5-Fu/CF was an effective therapy with acceptable toxicity in advanced gastric cancer. Futhermore clinical reseach is worthwhile.
