鼠疫菌通过植物后营养需求的研究

摘    要:用鼠疫菌061株接种植物,不同时间从中分离的该菌,营养需求发生了明显变化,原株表现为对Phe、MeCys依赖,接种后第10d分离的菌株61-3与原株无差别,第20d分离的菌株61-2表现为对Phe、Met、Thr、LeU、Trp、Glu、Ile、Arg、Val、Gly、Cys等11种氨基酸不依赖的低营养型,将61-2株通过3代小白鼠后,又恢复对Phe、Met、Cys依赖。

Abstract:The strain 061 of Y. pestis was inoculated in plants. We isolated the strains from plant tissue in different period and found their nutrition requirement obviously changed. The original strain 061 depended on Phe, Met, Cys and in 10th day after inoculated plants the nutrition requirement of the isolated strain 61 - 3 is no different from the original strain 061. In the 20th day the isolated strain 61 -2 showed that it did not depend on 11 sorts of aminoacids of Met, Thr, Leu, Glu, He, Ary. Val, Gly, Cys, Trp et al. The strain 61 - 2 was inoculated to white mouse 3 times successively. It depended on Phe, Met, Cys again.
