| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微波切除腺样体治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法对52例儿童慢性鼻窦炎多点热凝腺样体治疗,术后给予氧氟沙星滴鼻液加地塞米松,滴鼻2周。对照组42例,用呋麻滴鼻液与氧氟沙星滴鼻液加地塞米松交替滴鼻1周,再用氧氟沙星滴鼻液加地塞米松滴鼻1周。结果术后经过6~18个月随访观察,治疗组总有效率为92.31%,较对照组的66.67%明显提高(P<0.05)。结论对儿童慢性鼻窦炎反复发作伴有腺样体肥大者于鼻内窥镜下微波切除腺样体,可在直视下看清术野,减少损伤,出血极少,效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of microwave for adenoidectomy on chronic rhinosinusitis in children.Methods Fifty-two children with chronic rhinosinusitis were included in this study,and adenoidectomy by microwave were perfromed in all patients.Results All cases were followed up ranging from 6 to 18 months.The total effective rate in treatment group was 92.31%,significantly higher than that in control group(66.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion This method is simple with mild damage to normal tissues,clear operation visual field and good way to treat children chronic rhinosinusitis. |
