先天性胆总管囊肿全切除和肝管空肠吻合术的体会

目的探讨先天性胆总管囊肿的诊治方法。方法对我院1988年~2003年收治的先天性胆总管囊肿19例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。本组全部采用囊肿全切除、肝管空肠襻式吻合术。结果全组无手术死亡病例,经1~6年随访无胆道感染发生。结论本术式的优点是不切断空肠及其系膜,能简化手术操作,缩短手术时间,减少对病人的手术打击,适用于任何年龄组行择期手术的本症病人。

Diagnosis and treatment of congenital biliary duct cyst

Objective To summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of congenital biliary duct cyst.Methods Clinical data from 19 patients treated during 1988 to 2003 were analyzed retrospectively.Results All patients were subjected to cyst excision with button loop hepaticojejunostomy.There was no death and no infection of biliary duct.Conclusion Cyst excision with button loop hepaticojejunostomy is recommended as the treatment of choice for patients with congenital biliary duct cyst.This procedure is kindred with Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy without cutting off jejunum.
