To make efforts to reduce the quality cost of hospital

Quality health care is of the most significance for the survial and development of hsopital. The hospital should increase the investment of capital cost that the hospital quality could be insured. The capital plays an important role in the definition of the hospital qualitycost in the field of economic nanagement. Nowadays, as the main section of Overall Quality Managemet, quality cost control also performs a significant function in hospital management when the medical market of the socialist marketing economy is being established. This study explores the definition of quality cost in a hospital, and the relationship between the hospital quality and cost, and the way to reduce quality cost while improving the hospital care. The study suggests that effective measures be adopted in hospital quality management to enhance the sustaining development of the hospital.
