386例老年人急性脑血管病并发上消化道出血临床分析

本文对386例老年人急性脑血管病并发上消化道出血的临床资料进行分析。结果表明：其发病率为15．6％，病死率32．6％，显著高于未并发上消化道出血的ACVD病死率（P＜0．01）。本文病死率高的原因与ACVD的类型、上消化道出血量、慢性疾病有关。病死率依次为脑栓塞38.9％，脑出血38．8％，脑血栓形成24．8％，蛛网膜下腔出血14．3％；小量出血16．7％，中量64．9％，大量75．0％；患2种慢性疾病6．4％，3种27．4％，4种82．7％，5种及以上为100％。发病后，以上因素若不引起应有的重视和处理，可增加死率。

Clinical Analysis on 386 Cases of Acute Cerebrovascular Diseases with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding in Elderly

386 cases of acute cerebrovascular diseases (ACVD) with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in elderly were analysised. The results showed that the incidence of disease was 15.6% and the mortality was 32.6%. The mortality in ACVD with upper gastrointestinal bleeding group was significantly higher than that in AVCD with upper gastrointestinal unbleeding group (P < 0.01). The cause of high mortality had relations with type of ACVD, measure of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and amount of chronic disease. The mortality was cerebral embolism hemorrhagn (38.9%), cerebral (38.0%), cerebral thrombosis (24.8%), subarachnoid hemorrhage (14.3%) in sequence. The mortality of small amounts of bleeding was 16.7% moderate amounts of bleeding was 64.9%, and profuse bleeding was 75.0%.The mortality of ACVD with tWo chronic disease was 6.4%, three chmnic disease was 27.4%, four chronic disease was 82.7%, five and over five chroltic disease was 100%. The mortality may be rised, if aforesaid factor shouldn' t pay attention and handie after onset of ACVD with upper gastiointestinal bleeding.
