| 摘 要： | 目的:研究阿利新蓝染色对急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)患者白血病细胞柴捆状Auer小体的显示情况.方法:随机选取23份APL患者骨髓涂片标本及23份急性髓细胞白血病(AML)非M3型骨髓涂片标本进行阿利新蓝染色,以瑞-吉染色为对照.结果:阿利新蓝染色检测APL柴捆状Auer小体阳性细胞的百分率显著高于瑞-吉染色(P<0.05),且形态上更易辨认.阿利新蓝染色对非APL的Auer小体不能显示.结论:阿利新蓝染色对APL患者骨髓涂片柴捆状Auer小体的显示优于瑞-吉染色,有助于为APL的诊断提供可靠形态学依据.阿利新蓝染色对非APL的Auer小体不能显示,有助于避免误诊APL.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the detection of fascine shape Auer body in acute promyelocytic leukemia by Alcian blue staining.Methods:Bone marrow samples from 23 patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL)and 23 patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML)were randomly chosen to stain by Alcian blue contrasted to Wright Giemsa stain.Results:Alcian blue staining had advantages on detecting fascine shape Auer body than Wright-Giemsa stain in APL but could not stain Auer body in non-APL AML.Conclusion:Alcian blue staining has advantages on detecting fascine shape Auer body than Wright-Giemsa stain in APL thus it helps for supplying reliable data for diagnosis of APL.Alcian blue staining can not detect Auer body in non-APL AML thus helps for avoiding misdiagnosing APL. |
