摘    要:目的观察神经节苷脂对帕金森病(Parkinsondisease,PD)鼠模型的旋转行为、纹状体多巴胺浓度及黑质病理的影响。方法将6-羟基多巴胺用立体定向法注入大鼠一侧中脑被盖腹侧区制作PD大鼠模型,并于同侧侧脑室注射混合型神经节苷脂(amixedgangliosidepreparation,GM),观察GM对由阿朴吗啡所诱发的旋转行为、受损侧纹状体多巴胺浓度及黑质病理的影响。结果GM能减轻PD大鼠模型的旋转行为、使受损侧纹状体多巴胺浓度下降和黑质神经细胞减少。结论GM可减轻6-羟基多巴胺对黑质多巴胺能神经元的损伤。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of ganglioside on the apomorphine induced rotational behavior, the dopamine content of striatum and the pathological changes of substantia nigra in the rat models of Parkinson disease (PD). Method Following injection of a mixed ganglioside preparation (GM) to the lateral ventricle on the lesion side of PD rat model made with injecting stereotaxically 6 hydroxydopamine to one side of the mesencephic ventral tegmental area, the effects of GM on the apomorphine induced rotational behavior, the dopamine content of striatum and the pathological changes of substantia nigra on the lesion side were observed. Results GM could decrease the above mentioned rotational behavior, with the decline of the dopamine content of striatum and the reduction of the nigral neurons on the lesion side of the PD rat models. Conclusion GM could decrease the 6 hydroxydopamine induced lesions of the nigral dopaminergic neurons.
