| 摘 要： | 病位辨证是中医临床中的重要一环,而辨清病位后如何用药是决定药物疗效的关键所在。自秦汉时期以来,广大医家根据药物的趋向性,以所治具体病证为依据,从疗效观察中总结出一些有特定作用部位的药物,即引经药,并形成了完善的引经理论。临床中辨证运用这些引经药物,使诸药药力集中于某一部位,直达病所,会对疾病的治疗起到事半功倍的效果。

| Abstract: | Disease position syndrome differentiation is a important process in tradition medicine clinic.How to use the drug after disease position differentiate is the key of drug effection.Since qin and han periods,many doctors sum up some special position action drugs according to the effect trend of drugs and the disease syndrome.Then the perfect leading way theorys formed.Differing usage of the messenger drugs can make all drugs focus on one position which will have a very well effect. |
